I was one of those people who snubb their noses at those who went after pain & suffering after an accident. I thought “those” people were opportunist faking it to make a quick buck. That all changed on the night of 1/10. A rubber necker clipped me on the freeway and I spunn multiple times until I hit the embankment wall head on. Needless to say there has been too much pain, and all the suffering I can handle. AS of right now this accident has cost me money. I deserve, and will not feel guilty for going after a huge ass $$$ settlement. Please wish me luck.
