flower :)

This flower is from Juho’s mother’s garden as well, but I’m not quite sure what it is. I did ask her, but she didn’t give me a very clear answer and I can’t remember it anyway anymore, heh. But it was a very pretty flower and I’m also very happy about this photo succeeding so well.
And I believe this’ll be the last photo for now, since autumn is creeping upon us and soon there’ll be no more flowers in the nature. I might still snatch a few photos and I’ll surely share them here if they’re any good, but I think it’s a good time now to mark this goal as done.
I’ve really enjoyed photographing flowers this past summer, the previous summer as well. I’ve seen really beautiful flowers everywhere, learnt to respect and admire their versatility and delicacy, gotten to know many different types, breeds and species of flowers & just had a really fun time photographing them as well as I can. This goal has actually given me quite a lot, just like my previous photograph 43 flowers & photograph another 43 flowers goals. :) And I’ll be sure to keep this hobby of mine alive and kickin’, this habit of photographing all the nice flowers I see has sort of found a permanent home under my skin. Maybe it lies somewhere behind my eyes, perhaps?
So this isn’t the end, my friend, no no.
I hope you all will be feeling up to another flood of flower photos next spring! Be prepared.

Some kind of a cress, Lepidium, from Juho’s mother’s garden. I really like this photo, I think especially the colours look great. :)

I’m not sure if this flower is a Cornflower, Centaurea cyanus. They’re usually blue but this one was very purple. Otherwise it looked a lot like a Cornflower, I think. Perhaps.
Photographed in Naantali.

This was a really peculiar little flower – we saw it on our walk in Pispala and none of us had ever seen it before. No idea what it is.
