How to become a vet by Lovebear12

"I had alot of fun taking care of the animals like dogs,cats, and birds. It was a great experience."

How I did it:  I helped a dog and cat from being tortured and from being hurt by the owner. One day my workers helped me save a horse from drowning in a lake.

Lessons & tips:

      1. Always be careful on what your doing to an animal.
      2. Remeber to check the animals temp. and other things.
      3. And please donate money to shelters to save animals like peanut at the selter I go to.

    Like the title, I really can’t. I mean since I love animals, I wanted to become a vet. Becoming a vet will be a fun, but hard-working, experience. Since I love all animals, wild and domestic, helping them will be the best. I really hope that some people can help animals by becoming a vet.

    I want to become a vet to help animals. I am a very young person who only dreams, but i study and go to the local animal shelter and help the animals there. I think this is a very good goul for a person to do and I dislike a person that wishes to kill harmless animals.

    wooo got all-round rejections this year because there was ‘too large a quanitity of qualitive students’ to quite my letters. so my application wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t good enough. so, since i am in no position to take a gap year, i shall do animal science at the small nottingham uni campus, get to know everyone, set myself a positive reputation, and apply to vetmed as a post-grad. flawless plan right? :S

    Ok so i sent my vet school application almost two months ago and so i thought i might say how its going.

    i have not got rejected from any where yet wooo!

    Nottingham – have sent my answers to the questionaire back. completion confirmed.

    RVC – they have recieved my application and are awaiting BMAT results. they will then begin selection

    Bristol – I have gotten through the ‘first phase’ and my application is being considered furher.

    at the mo, no news is good news. i don’t expect anything until mid december at the earliest. Probs jan/feb.

    Atm i am concentrating on studying for my bio, maths and chem exams in a few weeks time. argh!! scary. must get grade A in all. xx
