eat an iguana...thats weird

This is not very weird if you live in the tropics. We call iguanas “gallinas de palo” (tree chickens). They even taste like chicken. At a diner, long time ago, my grandmother fed iguana stew to some Spanish priests. Afterwards, one of them commented on how delicious the chicken had been. My grandmother answered: that was not chicken, it was iguana! They all got up and puked!
