I’ve been working out since I graduated high school in ‘98, but lately it is getting harder. Life, hubby, baby, work…the list goes on. But I’ve started working out in the mornings before work, which makes me feel good (it is one of my other goals) and gives me more time to enjoy life.

I have gone to the gym for 5 consecutive days and done 400+ calores of cardio each day along with arms/legs/abs every other day . If I have no time for a workout, I just go do 30 mins of cardio, which kicks my butt. I want so badly to lose fat and show that there’s actually muscle under there, that I get up early to go to the gym now



back at the gym 3 years ago

I’m finally well enough to wake up in the morning and not feel like dying. Soooo, I went to the gym and did 400+ calories of cardio and 45 sit ups from a 45 degree angle \ <—in that sort of direction.
Tomorrow- weight lifting again.

It’s been 3 days since I’ve been to the gym, but I have a terrible cold that just won’t go away and exercising made me feel dead, I have so little energy as it is.

I feel so lame. Gotta go back by Friday.

Started going to the gym a few months ago. Fell off the bandwagon during December, but I’m back. And trying to improve my diet so all these sore muscles will actually show, someday…



I joined the gym at work yesterday 4 years ago

I’m working now on setting up a realistic schedule for myself, so that I’ll go workout on a regular basis.
