How I did it: I feel fortunate that I'm in a situation where I am able to save a decent amount of money each month. I'm glad to have this cushion now, so that I don't feel too pressured to work full time while in my Junior and Senior years of college. If I need to, I can take off a year of two and focus more on studying.

I think that it’s important, even if only for the symbolism, to take small steps towards your goals often. I just put $200 aside. If I can do this 100 times, I’m there!
