Well, after a bungee jump it was the only possibility. I found out the first date when it is possible, since it was winter. It took me 8 hours by train to get to the airport, I had to stay one more day and jump next morning.
It was the best moment I can remember, I was scared shitlees and excited as much as I could possibly be in my whole life.
I wan’t to do it again, many times! Almost did it in Mexico few months ago.

lazy_haze is resolute in the face of a new year
Well, i tried to book a tandem skydive today, but it turns out i’m too heavy! Oh well, at least it might help with my ‘eating healthier’ and ‘exercise more’ goals. Still, it’s never good when your told your too fat…sorry heavy to do something. :-(

I jumped out of a plane in college. It was something that the social club set up. A bunch of people signed up and everyone chickened-out except 3 girls including me. It was fun, but I would never do it again.

i finally had time to ask my cadet unit OC what he knew about cadets getting parachute qualified. he said there’d been a bit of cuffuffle about whether or not it was post-poned for OH and S analysis, but he’ll ask into it for me.
=> this <= much closer to leaping out of a plane!

Last year, Juuth & I made a tandemjump in Hilversum, the Netherlands. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend it to anyone!

I want to do this after my next birthday. I’ve always wanted to, but I think I’ve always been more of a “talk the talk” person. So I’m going to prove even myself wrong, and get there. Hopefully, when the time comes, I’ll walk.
