surgery sucks! 6 months ago

when you have any kind of surgery where they cut into you abdomen, then you can’t do any abs work for at least 4 months, which is why I now look like my stomach is surrounded by barbapapa. Hopefully I can fix this!



Muffin Top 12 months ago

Ugh, I never thought I would ever say that I have a muffin top, but unfortunately, I can now say that I do. My last entry was seven months ago. Obviously I have not worked on this goal at all. Ugh, gross. Ok, time to start bitching, and time to start working. Need to start adding some ab exercises after my runs. Just start with a couple reps and just work more as time progresses.

I have no reason not to have a flat well toned tummy. I just find it really hard to motivate myself and end up beating myself up about it most days, everyday to be truthful! Im not really fat now but I have been and I spend so much time thinking about what I have eaten and feeling guilty my time would be better of spent at the gym! I have a membership that I have not used in nearly a year…the shame and I feel like cant go back now as its been so long”



Still on hold because 19 months ago

I had to have an emergency c-section – so the tummy toning is needed even more now and will have to wait until the recovery period is over, but then – watch out tummy!!!



Need Plan of Action 19 months ago

My first plan is to start taking the abs classes offered at my gym, however, the majority of them start at 5pm, which means I would have to leave work early. No can do on a consistent basis. I do have my exercise ball with a video, I guess I can start with that for the time being. Maybe I can start taking a pilates class, I’ve always wanted to try that.

my body is alright- i mean i have good sized boobs,average legs(a bit flabby in the thigh)and i’m alright looking overall,but i have like a line in my stomach at my pants line and then it bulges out like i’m pregnant(im definetly not though!)i want it to be nice and flat, maybe like Jennifer Lopez or Shakira or something like that!



What have I been doing 2 years ago

I have been drinking more water and eating more fresh fruit in the attempt to reduce the bloat factor, have started using a protien powder for breakfast so any fat will go and once I have that then I’ll work on the exercise. If I exercise now without reducing the other factors I would probably give up for not seeing the results soon enough. I figure without the fat and bloat the tone will happen within 3 months. So working on this being accomplished before Mothers Day.



Tiny baby bulge must go!! 2 years ago

The tiny out that remains post baby needs to be flattened. I know it’s not that bad – but there are so many clothes i won’t wear because my tummy isn’t flat!!
