litnight is coming up with a plan.
I’m definitely back on track. I’m working out 3-4 times a week, eating healthy, taking supplements, etc. I’m definitely meeting this goal.

I have lost about 10 pounds give or take a few depending on when I weigh myself lol. I have been eating alot less junk food and less frequently over eating although I still indulge when I get the chance. What has made me lose some lbs I think has been the mix of working out in my martial arts class and NOT EATING OUT…as much. Now 2 lose a bit more fat and gain a shit tone of muscle…

Started to log my food and track things on Livestrong.com with the daily plate. Keeps me more in tune with things… I recommend it to anyone.
I know that if I was more physical I would feel healthier, more energetic, positive and younger.
ZAYDen is very very grateful
Started playing squash today. Quick, easy to pick up, fun and most importantly you sweat bucket loads in minutes.
No six pack yet but this is a good start :)
Good work.
think that’s what I’m gonna do, it seems as good a system as any.

I have looked at this as a life change instead of a diet. I think that is one of the only reasons that I’ve done okay with it. I would have loved to lose faster but I guess even just toning up is really good. I feel much better about myself.

happy to see that between Thanksgiving and New Years I only gained one pound. That is much better than I would have done other years. Continuing to work out and just be aware of myself helped.
