I would like to build muscle and flexibility that I have never had. I want to be able to be active with my family. I have no real desire to participate in sports. However, I have a very active family and I want to keep up without limping about or huffing and puffing.

realized I haven’t been on here for quite some time…. completed P90X just last Saturday. spent 3 months – 6 days a week doing hardcore workouts. I feel the best I’ve EVER felt. Going to let my body heal and then jump right back in again -

everyday i walk home (which takes me about 40minutes) and jog a few kilometers everyday, working pretty well so far! a little muscle pain but i’m alright.

Getting Started 2 months ago

I have been going to the gym twice a week for the past few weeks. I know I need to go more, but I have to start somewhere.

I’m going three times a week, no questions. I will try the sit-ups to a song. Play a song I like and keep doing sit-ups until the song ends. I will do the sit-ups daily.

Crunches and Walking 4 months ago

So I’ve spent the last few days walking. Everywhere. That’s going well for me. And I’m also doing 100 crunches every day to get my stomach in shape. :)

I’m definitely back on track. I’m working out 3-4 times a week, eating healthy, taking supplements, etc. I’m definitely meeting this goal.



Progress is made. 6 months ago

I have lost about 10 pounds give or take a few depending on when I weigh myself lol. I have been eating alot less junk food and less frequently over eating although I still indulge when I get the chance. What has made me lose some lbs I think has been the mix of working out in my martial arts class and NOT EATING OUT…as much. Now 2 lose a bit more fat and gain a shit tone of muscle…

Started to log my food and track things on Livestrong.com with the daily plate. Keeps me more in tune with things… I recommend it to anyone.
