I haven’t been bored since I was a little kid, If there’s something to read i’m happy, tv – great, drawing, painting, eating. If your bored that means you’re boring which has to be the worse thing ever, so use some imagination, cook, run, play a game, phone a friend!!
and being unable to figure out what to do instead.
My kids were always bored. So I ask them what it is they really want to be doing. There’s always something they have their minds set on and for some reason can’t do that at the moment…so they are bored.
So I just recognize what it is I really want to do that I can’t do, and then just focusing on that and when I will do it lets me move on.
I haven’t been bored for years.
