This is no the hardest of my goals, so I am just going to jump into it.
*Cut out caffeine——DONE
*Limit alcohol intake
*Cut out cigarettes
*Cut out dairy
*Cut out artificial sweeteners
*Cut out artificial foods, heavily processed
*increase water intake, cut out all others (soda, unnatural fruit juices)
Macrobiotics is a life change.It is not enough that I had oatmeal for breakfast with soymilk….Soymilk is heavily processed
Macrobiotics is a process for me, one step at a time
