so i made a start 8 months ago

my first bit of excersise was when i went out for a surf on sunday afternoon, doesnt sound like much excersise but all that paddleing soon tires you out, we did an hour and a half surfinf and the same boddy boarding which is constant kicking with the fins (in the surf conditions we had)

today i set out jogging on a lite rout i used to run last year, i used to get round and home not really be that out of breath, today i never even made it home without habving to stop and walk the last bit!! shows how out of shape i have got, but its the first day of many!



Excersize. 8 months ago

I need to start excersizing regularly so I can keep smaller and healthier. I have never sat there and just kept in shape for a while. I have excersized for a week, then got tired of it and stoped, but I would like to excersize and just not give up.

I’ll know I’m doing it “regularly” when I am being active at least 3-4 times a week with out fail.

I gotta get in shape! Really, I’ve let myself go. I’ve been eating better, but I won’t loose much weight until I start working out. How about, 30 minutes a day, about 4 days a week.

I’m trying to alternate with cardio and wight training. Loose fat, build a bit of muscle.

I’ve started exercising daily since January 1. I’ve committed myself to a certain time every day to workout, no excuses…I’ve only missed once this month!

so starting tomorrow i am going to start to get back it shape
at least 30mins of cardio everyday (not counting swim practice when i have it) plus at least 30 mins of yoga every day. then once i get into a bit better shape i will start doing more and try to start running again.

Working out is usually pretty boring, but I found through Dance, Yoga, Pilates, and other ways you can get a great workout without feeling ready to call it quits in 15 minutes. ;0

i ran 5 days this week, did some cardio with my mom 4 days.
and i feel wonderful.
