my first bit of excersise was when i went out for a surf on sunday afternoon, doesnt sound like much excersise but all that paddleing soon tires you out, we did an hour and a half surfinf and the same boddy boarding which is constant kicking with the fins (in the surf conditions we had)
today i set out jogging on a lite rout i used to run last year, i used to get round and home not really be that out of breath, today i never even made it home without habving to stop and walk the last bit!! shows how out of shape i have got, but its the first day of many! 2 years ago

I gotta get in shape! Really, I’ve let myself go. I’ve been eating better, but I won’t loose much weight until I start working out. How about, 30 minutes a day, about 4 days a week.
I’m trying to alternate with cardio and wight training. Loose fat, build a bit of muscle.

so starting tomorrow i am going to start to get back it shape
at least 30mins of cardio everyday (not counting swim practice when i have it) plus at least 30 mins of yoga every day. then once i get into a bit better shape i will start doing more and try to start running again.

Working out is usually pretty boring, but I found through Dance, Yoga, Pilates, and other ways you can get a great workout without feeling ready to call it quits in 15 minutes. ;0 5 years ago

I want to get into shape for summer because i want to do this and i am only 13 and wiegh only 95 pounds people think i am crazy but the thing is that i have a huge stomache so when i wear sexy bikinis it sticks out. i have great legs, hair, boobs, face, shoulders and arms but my stomache is my problem area… doesnt everyone have one well anyways my boyfriend wants to have sex with me but says i need to get rid of the stoach first so please comment if you have any sollutions thanks. if you want me to add you on my msn give me your email! xxoo Tammy 5 years ago

I would really like to excersize regularly. I’m already in shape now. Only weighing 110 and being 17 years old. I’m very skinny I would just like to be in shape and more healthy. I can’t wait until the day I get up and decide to walk daily and not eat so much crap! Now I say this…but this will be one goal I will never ever do!! I hope I change this someday. 6 years ago
