I’m reading a very powerful book right now called Liberating the Corporate Soul – Building a Visionary Organization by Richard Barrett. In it he talks about such things as the seven levels of organizational consciousness. How to map out personal, project and organizational profiles in order to best match them up based on values. It’s a very fresh approach to organizational management and includes the tools to define and refine internal/external mission and vision in order to produce a deeply felt connection to work and service to others.

I do. I can listen to ideas, even just glimmers or beginnings of ideas, and see them as clearly as if they were sitting in front of me, completed. This is particularly of use to people in business, inventors, and especially to people who are fabulously left-brained who cannot do the creative work that’s often needed to “birth” an idea.

I work with people who need my visionary skills. I want to work with more of ‘em.
