    I'm taking this off my list 16 months ago

    to make room for other goals. I also have added to my list of 43 Things “stick to a schedule” which pretty much includes not wasting away my mornings.

    So I’m not giving up, just incorporating this into other goals.

    Sunday morning, ran this morning, got out before 9am. Certainly a good use of my morning!

    Nope. Failed today. I woke up early but found I could hardly swallow because my throat was so sore. I feel rotten. So I spent half of this morning in bed. Hopefully I’ll be on the mend soon.

    Yes, I made the most of my morning today. Woke up before my alarm clock went off. Had a really productive day at work. Go me. Just wish I wasn’t feeling under the weather and didn’t have too much to do!

    Mornings set the tone for the rest of the day. If I am slow and lazy in the mornings, and don’t get started till late, then it feels as if the day has been half wasted, and I am generally less productive as I feel I am playing ‘catch-up’ for the rest of the day. Mentally, it’s just hard to feel I’ve accomplished as much once the morning is gone.

    I am at my best in the mornings; more productive, more efficient, and there is nothing like the sense of accomplishment from a morning well spent. I would like to start going to bed earlier, getting up earlier and incorporating exercise into my morning routine.

    Time to rest my head.

    for the last two weeks, i’ve worked out every weekday morning but one. woohoooo! At least 40 minutes, as much as 1hr20! What a way to start the day!
