So I’m closing this out as 1) having done it and 2) worth doing, but really what I’m saying is it’s worth trying. Giving up anything that you think isn’t all that great for you is worth trying I reckon. But seriously, y’all need to go re-caffienate yourselves now. :D 5 years ago

...french fries yesterday, but didn’t have one! I had onion rings instead, which I enjoy also (but not quite as much). 5 years ago

...french fries again last night. It was ok, though, because I had a piece of pie instead. :) 5 years ago

I’m afraid I’ve ruined this goal for myself. I went to a Braves game on Sunday and got the chicken finger basket. It comes with fries. I didn’t even think about how I wasn’t supposed to eat them, but ballgames do that to you… you feel obligated to buy food (and I WAS hungry) and you don’t really think about what you’re eating.
So I’m sorry to all you dedicated people who REALLY ARE doing a good job giving up caffeine for April, keep it up, and stay away from the ballgames. You can do it! I’ll finish out the month for you, but sorry to have let you down so soon. 5 years ago

So this is going well… not really a problem for me, only when I explain this goal to other people I always get confused over whether I’ve given up caffeine or french fries. Then I remember that no one in their right mind would give up caffeine. All straightened out. So we’ll see if I can keep this up. Maybe I’ll give them up for May too. 5 years ago
