until I dig out of debt

get outta credit card debt first
then save for a house
then buy a house

or win a house that’s a possibility too!!!

...this has been put on the back burner. I think my best best is paying off my credit cards and getting a good job. My bf and I ended up moving in together so saving for a house kinda flew out the window. LOL…love the apartment in though in the interim. I suppose we’ll just have to be creative, wise and find some way of making our education in $$$ instead of -$.

Soon enough. Soon enough.

1) Decide how much I can put in initally and bi-weekly.
2) Find a better bank to save with.

I’m sick of payinf someone else morgage. Its hard to get started though because the cost of day to day living is so high.

We have never had a savings account, but we are really making up for lost time. Our goal is to save fifty thousand dollars. Is that ridiculous?

....and i work in the real estate industry. You’d think it would be on my mind everyday.
