I am resulting to internet dieting! After my second child the weight will not come off. I have to lose this weight. I do not feel good and I have no energy. Most of all I do not want to have health problems later.

this is the last day of my first week on this goal, I have been recording my daily progress, counting calories, etc. I calculated that I need to have a calorie deficit of 13,000 each week and about 1850 each day, I am eating 1500 calories a day, exercising three times a week, not counting the extra walking here and there i am trying to incorporate in my daily routine, and taking diet supplements that are supposed to help me burn about an extra 200 calories a day, tomorrow morning is my first weight in, I screwed up a little yesterday and didn’t exercise enough this week but I’m hoping i’m down to 207 when I weight myself tomorrow, I’m going see if I can make some time later tonight to go on the elliptical in the basement of my dorm for about an hour and hopefully that will give me a little boost for tomorrow, if anything I’ll at least lose enough water weight to put me over the edge, does anyone think it’s too drastic to lose a whole 15 pounds in a month? is that overambitious or unhealthy? wish me luck!
