I lost only 3lbs this month, but i also lost half to one inch on hips, waist etc. And people are starting to notice my drop in weight. :D I still drink sodas once-twice a week because i still cant help it. But i only drink half a can, same with some junk foods (i only consume half) whenever I’m tempted. I eat lots of vegetables now and fewer bread/rice (yup i got used to it) and Ive also added some resistance training this month. I still drink green tea after meals.
Next month: I hope to increase the # of reps; sodas only once a week; if i can do the 2lbs a week, that’ll be very nice but of course i dont want to beat myself up for it.

One major reason I dont like attending parties while Im trying to lose weight is the photographs after. I just saw some earlier and Im really bothered by them. I know for sure that I lost some weight already but seeing snapshots like that demotivates me. Man, I really want an ice cream!!

I lost 6lbs and almost an inch(waist). I think its slower than what i did years ago but this time its okay with me. I still eat whatever I want (in moderation)compared to eating only during lunch(Yea and years later I gained the weight back and more). But now, I am satisfied every meal, am eating a lot healthier, and feeling fitter than before. :D
On Exercising daily: I missed my routine 8 days, mostly bec of my period and when I was too tired from walking/cleaning so it’s good :D.

I havent checked my weight since I’ve started eating breakfast and doing the 5x a day habit and surprise surprise(not really!) – I gained weight. I know it shouldve been small frequent meals but i cant help but eat more than what i planned. Oh well, I signed up for a gym earlier today.CANCELLED! I seriously need to take good care of my health!

I feel like I gained weight this month because I am:
1. Eating 5 times a day (I have to make it in smaller proportion!)
2. Craving for sweets after meals (Need healthier desserts)

1. Currently eating 5x smaller portions, 7-8 glasses of water a day.
2. Im now eating breakfast and I’ve stopped my usual 10pm dinner (I eat around 7).
3. Im now able to sleep well and straight when just a few days ago i would always wake up in the middle of the night (or it might be just because of my operation..)
4. Im liking my sleep hours now at 12.3-1am to 8-8.30 am compared to last month’s 4am-6am to up 12-1pm.
5. Saturday: my cheat day – 1 potato chips and cup noodles yum yum..

6. For my exercise, I still cant be really tired so I just climb the stairs (only a few steps) around 10times throughout the day. I can probably start walking a bit next week.

IDEAL WEIGHT = 97 – 128 lbs
CHEAT DAY: Saturday :)
LAST SODA: 1 wk ago 4oz.; before that: half a can 2nd wk of July.
Good thing Im not missing it since i used to take a can,
sometimes 2 a day.
COFFEE & CIGARETTE: July 27, day before my operation – i was
really nervous.
