and i think the pictures of the lilac buds worked out better than the pictures of the hillside. everything looks a lot greener to me, but its hard to see in the photos. i declare spring and nice weather to be here for good now. 7 years ago
thats with flowers, not on them.
these were spotted along the trail in northeastern pa. now that im back in new mexico, i hope to post more regularly again. 7 years ago
maybe my favorite flowers are the ones that just grow. this is our as-of-yet-unmowed-by-landlord front lawn (with trash in it that seems to regenerate once i pick it up. the house just knows we are COLLEGE and the litter grows out of the ground with the flowers.) 7 years ago
this will be the last hoop shoot for a while since ill be in philadelphia over easter break 7 years ago
i really took this to show the green lawn but that didn’t come out as well. it’s like the good equivalent of the other picture’s evil. it even looks like it has a halo. 7 years ago
i’m super happy this came out as well as it did. spring storm at sunset. make sure you look at the big version bc the thumbnail doesn’t show its awesomeness as well. another phone pic. 7 years ago
i like this one cause theres still patches of snow up on the ridge and a bluebird on the fence. 7 years ago
but i went to albuquerque and socorro for the weekend, and the battery on my camera died. i need to recharge it overnight before i can post more pictures. 7 years ago
these were really pretty on my walk between deliveries for work. i tried to take more today but my phone wasn’t cooperating beyond just this one shot. 7 years ago
i tried to make the rainbow show up a little better, but its still very faint. i think it looks a little clearer in the small size than larger. please understand that i was getting hailed on while i was trying to photograph this. 7 years ago
we have a lot of woodpeckers waking us up in the morning. this one in particular inhabits our classroom building, and is tearing out all the insulation. 7 years ago
i chose this view because it has different types of vegetation. grass in the foreground, sagebrush on the plain, juniper on the hill, and ponderosa pine on the ridge. i think when i take it again i might try to get less of the basketball court in the shot, but i want the hoop there as a reference point.
this was taken about 3 pm.
for the days when im not in the playground, ill take other shots of spring things that are emerging. 7 years ago
