How to go out to eat by myself

How I did it: I didn't really go to a restaurant..I went to Subway. But hey, that is a start! I just ordered, sat in the corner and watched people come in and out. Next time I decide to eat by myself I will go to a restaurant and eat at the bar.
Lessons & tips: It really wasn't that bad. I was not uncomfortable.
