MochiOh well...

I’m doing pretty bad in this goal…I have compulsive eating episodes everyday…I eat so much, and I know, but can’t help it… I just think “whatever”, eat eat eat eat eat eat and then my next thought is “my god, what have I done?” and throw everything up. That’s so awful, I never had something like this before…I really have to fight with myself, it’s not just close your mouth and voila.

By the way, all the days I haven’t written down the stuff I ate in my journal…that’s because I couldn’t remember, since I ate so many different things. 6 years ago
