8:30 – 4:30 and it feels great
I sleep in on weekends till 6:30, and then have a tough time adjusting on Monday. I’m going to try go to sleep at 8:30pm and get up at 4:30 am on weekends as well.

But now I cannot stay asleep pass 4:30am no matter how hard I try. I wake up drowsy, but get more alert as the day goes on. Then my eyelids start to get heavy after 8:30pm.
