8:30 – 4:30 and it feels great
I sleep in on weekends till 6:30, and then have a tough time adjusting on Monday. I’m going to try go to sleep at 8:30pm and get up at 4:30 am on weekends as well.
How I did it: I tried various methods like setting the alarm clock 15 minutes earlier every week to gradually get up earlier. I often ended up taking one step forward and two steps back. It got easier when I moved from the busy city to the quiet suburbs. I cannot believe how good it makes me feel throughout the day when I sleep from 8:30pm to 4:30am every day.
Lessons & tips: Relax at least an hour before you go to bed. Do not use bright light in the home in the evening. Sleep in a dark cold room.

But now I cannot stay asleep pass 4:30am no matter how hard I try. I wake up drowsy, but get more alert as the day goes on. Then my eyelids start to get heavy after 8:30pm.
