I know it is probably unrealistic, but I just want to do it on the fly.

I will never be able to climb Mount Everest, but suppose a miracle came by and allowed me the strength to do so?
I am just a 15 year old kid. I have backpacked in New Mexico, and on the Appalacian Trail. I have alsocanoed the boundry waters between the USA and Canada. One day I will go to the top of Mt. Everest and scream just to see if anyone hears me.
I am 34 and am planning to climb Mounth everest next year, need suggestions on the fitness and work outs, anyone experts here to suggest.
it’s OK, the worst bit is coming down (bit steep). There’s a load of detritus at the top, flags, mess tins and Coke bottles etc, so I guess no place is sacrosanct nowadays. We went with a tour, 6 Himalayan peaks in 10 days, but the weather turned nasty on us and we could only do 4. Book early is my advice and take a good pair of walking boots.
Here’s a picture of the lower slopes.
I have done alot of research on this subject, and I have already started my training. I will spend 9 weeks on Everest, 5 of those weeks I will be spending at first level base camp gathering oxygen in my blood supply with the Sherpas, The other 4 weeks I will be climbing Mt. Everest. I am building muscle strength, because as you are climbing, your muscles deteriorate.
I have thisthing about mountains. I like looking at them, they make me feel small. I climbed in Peru and again in Switzerland, and I miss mountains, i am from Wales
