I go workout everyday… i first started off 20 minutes at the gym and now i can go the whole day if i wanted. i love the gym!!!

I have become addicted to exercise, every night I will place dumbbells on the floor next to the hips (try to use weights that won’t roll or use pushup bars). Hold onto them with both hands and push the hips off the floor. Extend the right leg straight up (or slightly bent) and bend the elbows, lowering the hips until they just graze the floor. Contract the triceps and push back up and repeat, keeping the leg up for 8-16 reps. For the next set, switch legs.
The muscle is very hard, and I enjoy doing exerise.
i want to get out of the slump that i’m in. i want to do something active everyday (even with my weird work schedule) and to become and stay healthy. Share any helpful hints. I work 12 and a half hour shifts at night 6PM to 6:30AM.
i have been going to the gym a lot doing pilates and cardio but i still want to do more. i want to really reach the stage i was at 2 years ago. Its just the first two months that are hard.
I actually snuck into the Curves on Wednesday morning before I headed to work because I needed my “fix”. This is a good sign.
Joined Curves today – feel good about the workout. Feel good in general…things are good.

I want to become addicted to exercise like I was to cigarettes. I want to eat and sleep crunches. I want to do sit-ups on the bar just like G.I. Jane. She rocks !!!
