Since I’ve had more time at home I’ve been spending more time in the kitchen.
I’ve always loved to cook, but now I feel the need to start experimenting. Trying out new things, changing & improving old recipes.
Now I’m ready to start putting them down in a book that I can share, or pass on.
I think the best idea would be to start taking some photos…

I just typed out all my recipes and put them in plastic sheets in a binder. Then I found www.tastebook.com and I’m thinking about doing that. You can type all your recipes into tastebook, choose a cover you like, and order a book with the number of pages you want. Then, if you want to add more pages to your book later, you can always order individual pages. I’m not sure, but you might also be able to upload your own photos of your creations. Sounds pretty cool…

I love to cook and experiment with new recipes. I have been taking pictures of all the meals that come out well and creating recipe pages little by little. This is somewhat time consuming, so while I love to do it, I need to keep reminding myself to finish it.

So i found out that there is a recipe book out there that has EVERYTHING in it…It’s the better homes and gardens one. Which would almost make this goal useless!
I just have to go out there and buy it!

I’m finally moving out this summer. Not on bad terms, but it’s just time that I move on my own.
I can cook, but I never really had the necessity to. My parents have always cooked big dinners for me. I can do the small stuff, but I still want to be able to make real dinners. Before I move out I’d like to compile a book of recipes that I want to make. Including the recipes my mother/father uses.
