Ok, so I finally actually did my 100 for today. I’m so out of shape. Ew. I may have done more, because I lose track, and start off from where I can last remember where I was.

is it SAFE to do 100 sit-ups a day for a week? I heard over about 50 had a REALLY big chance of damaging your muscles (as well as not helpin' ya after a while) - and doing it EVERY DAY for a week has GOT to be risky... thoughts, anyone? 5 years ago
I’m going to do 50 sit ups every day this week, so maybe I wont be as sore next week. :D
I never actually get sore from doing sit ups, usually, though. I’m just going to be careful. :D 5 years ago
