madamwitty is waaay too busy for 43T lately

I haven't been exercising 23 months ago

Which is a big no-no. I need to get back on the wagon. I’m combining a couplegoals into this one, so I can start off fresh.



the plan 2 years ago

Monday – cardio/yoga
Tuesday – Shoulders, Lower Back, legs
Wednesday – cardio/yoga
Thursday – abs plus cardio/yoga
Friday –Biceps and Triceps
Saturday – cardio/yoga
Sunday – Chest and Upper Back

Goals:
Increase strength, body mass, flexibility
for each muscle group do:
6 – 10 reps per set
6 – 7 sets in 30 min with 1 min. rest in between sets.
Last 1 or 2 reps of each set are done very slowly, in step-like motion.
