I am getting a Spinecore brace in a couple of days. I have a corset and it has helped relieve a lot of the pain. I got it from veddetteoutlet ebay store.

i just bought a corset.
it was a rather pricey impulse buy. i thought about getting one years ago when a friend of mine wore one all winter and marveled about the improvement in her posture. i never did, though, and eventually stopped thinking about it until this morning. at a breakfast event a beautiful woman i met mentioned that she was breaking in a new corset and then she started telling me how great they were for cultivating an elegant stance. i decided i needed to get one asap.
immediately after work, i went to a specialty shop and bought a decent quality one. it felt amazing for about an hour, and then i started to feel my curvature. ouch. and i definitely had to loosen it for the bike ride home! upon taking it off, i noticed right away how awful my natural stance is and felt like i needed to stretch.
i’m so glad i sprung for one. i’m going to try to go through my workday tomorrow with it on.
zdechlinka looking forward to going to university
I’ve been planning to see the doctor for such a long time since my back is totally killing me almost every day but I haven’t got enough time to go there yet because I’m really busy with my school leaving exam and university entering exams.
And I know that if I go there, he will prescribe me rehabilitation. And after that I’ll have to attend it at least twice a week.
So.. I’ll go to see the doctor after all the exams.
3 weeks to go.
i slept on the floor for about ten days when i stayed at a beach house recently. my back felt really good. i just ordered a 2in. memory foam pad so i can start sleeping on my hardwood floor.
(plus, i am thrilled at the idea of getting rid of my bed and opening up more space in my room.)
anyway, i think learning to sleep on my back on the floor will help my spine adjust at night.
pilates this morning really helped me sit/stand up straight. i am going to a class at least twice a week. yeah!

I’m working on strengthening my abs (core) to help strengthen the muscles that will “pull my spine back into place”...or so the theory goes.
I’m also going to go running every day for the break (give or take a day each week), and do some pilates and yoga, and stretch every morning.
sit ups and stretching. i need to develop muscles that can hold me up. i’ve been doing sit ups and stretches every day. yay me! i’m especially trying to stretch the muscles around my hips and pelvis.
need more dance parties, too.
dance parties. i shook it for hours and hours. it was so much fun and let loose so much tension in my back.
i got rolfed a few years ago (i should really get it done again soon) and my rolfer told me that i needed to swing my hips more. she said that would help me untwist my spine. dance parties are an excellent place to do exactly that.

Step one: Study the musculature involved.
two: develop an exercise program.
three: put it into practice. Tweak as needed.
I tried this once, didn’t get past step one. But I’ll try again, because it seems to be getting worse, even though I exercise regularly (run and bicycle)...:(
I have selected myself as having done this because I had surgery in 1989 and there is nothing left anyone can do because the fusion is so solid – so I guess I am considered “cured”.
