It still needs more work but got a good start on it – I’ll finish it up tomorrow. Everyday my house is getting cleaner and cleaner!

Yes – got in my hour today – very meditative as I cleaned – and I enjoyed seeing the results as I’ve gone through the house.
I set the kitchen timer to one hour and then allowed myself to flit from one cleaning task to the next until the buzzer rang. What I didn’t get to today I’ll pick up tomorrow.
Particularly proud of: wiping out the cupboard under the kitchen sink where the trash bins are kept.

Ambience Rose Gratitude Is The Key To Happiness
The washing up is done and i’ve hoavered the living room this morning. I also fragranced the house with insense to make it smell inviting and bring positive energies to the home. Cleaning has now become about spreading love into each corner of my home, letting go of what is not needed anymore and replacing with a cleaner or newer environment. This also works on a metaphoric level in relation to the work i’m doing with mental cleaning in terms of my thoughts, out with the old, in with the new inspiring and uplifting.
The house is always messy and I feel so much happier and more relaxed in a clean organized space. It doesn’t help that my house is big and I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. 4 people live here, all of us adults, so there is no reason why it can’t be more clean! We’ll see if I can organize a plan of daily and weekly maintenance to keep the place in better condition.
Really started to clean things and scrub it down. I’m trying to get it to be an acceptable level and make sure I maintain it. There are a lot of distractions though
I need to get my house organized and cleaned. After that I will just need to maintain

Another one of my aims for my week off work.
My dogs are away from the house aswell this week so it’s a perfect time for this to get done. I plan to go room by room. I can get manageable pieces done so I see some progress across the week. It really is a complete mess so I’ve lots to do.
Once complete I can get to my plan of 30 minutes each weekday and a good clean at weekends and we’ll kepp it looking great :)
