I have a great recipe which an English friend gave me… I don’t know if it is perfect or authentic but it is easy to make and tastes wonderful!

Homemade. Can it be any better?

I want to do this too, but I don’t have anyone to ask for help. Can someone provide me with a basic recipe? I’d be most grateful! :o)

My ande masala is legendary among my friends. I love curry and it’s great not to have to pay for take-away curry when I fancy it. Once you’ve bought all the basic spices (garam masala etc), you’re away.
