Especially because of the PCOS, I really need to cut down on simple sugars and increase my fiber intake.

I got rid of the things that make me feel bad and don’t digest well and make me fat…now I feel much better.
Today I abstained from all things bad for me and ate tuna and egg for lunch and some peaunt butter and honey later.
I have so many darn allergies. I hope I can start feeling better.
