Lamb_2005 is enjoying a Saturday in Seattle
I have started weight watchers—and lost two pounds last week
I’m 50. Given my family history it would be VERY good to lose 10 pounds. Steps I’m taking:
1. Eating at least 3 fruits and vegetables a day.
2. Limit sugary snacks. (2)
3. Working out at Y.
4. Meeting with personal trainer.
But the height is wrong. As of the last time I went to the doctor’s, I’m 2 pounds lighter and 1 inch shorter…
I completed a goal! Sort of. It was more like a compromise. I had to get a new license, so I put my actual weight on it this time. But it’s good that I wasn’t ashamed to put it, right? Plus I had to lose almost 20 pounds to get there.
So I lied a little on my driver’s license. Who hasn’t?? I’ll get there eventually. :-)
