learn to be a better cook

This is something I constantly get made fun of for. I’ve always wanted to work on this…not because I actually like the act of cooking but I love being proud of the product when it’s not burnt/on fire/caved in/melting.

I always get odd looks or skepticism because my personality leans a bit towards the manly side. Maybe if I improved on my domestically challengedness then men couldn’t complain so much.

When I get the money, this working girl is going to try to improve on some house skills…instead of letting the men do it for me.

My wife works until after 7:00pm so I am I charge of dinner. I need to come up with some original meals that are both healthy and interesting to my kids.

I love to cook, and I am trying to get better. I have a lot of great recipes, but not enough time. I am trying to set aside one night a week to make a nice meal.
