    I’m slim, but I’m not fit. I need to do more exercise, go on walks, do aerboics, sit-ups etc. I don’t want to become so unhealthy that there’ll be no turning back.



    finally on a workout schedule 10 months ago

    it’s because i have a workout partner now, that i can keep up with this. i am still a few pounds over my ideal weight, but i feel much better exercising regularly. i need to get my heart rate up and i run and lift, as opposed to in the past where i would just go on walks and call that exercise. it is a great exercise, and i do it on some of the days i don’t workout, but i needed that boost. and now i’m almost fit (it’s been about 1.5 months of working out)

    ....and I know I am fitter because I can run for 30 seconds a time when I was lucky to manage 10 seconds 6 weeks ago.
    As well as that I walked up a hill (behind me house) that normally leaves me completely out of breath and light headed but when I walked up it, it only left me slightly breathless so I am seeing a big improvement in my fitness.
    I know I still have a long way to go but it is nice to see some changes in my fitness levels and I know if I lose weight I’d be able to get fitter quicker because carrying around all my extra weight is hindering how much I can do.

    ppl wouldnt call me fat buttt…..im not fit at all so soon when i have the time im going to start exercising and get into shape…it will be benificial to me because of p.e at scholl and all the running i have to do.

    feel a little fitter with the work outs I have been doing for the past month. I have a very long way to go but each step I am taking is getting me a step closer to this goal. It will be a lot of hard work but it will be worth it in the end.

    yeah i went running yesterday.
    but today my butt hurts.
    and everything.
    one step at a time.
    maybe i’ll get the ‘buns of steel’ dvd. ha.

    Need to get this goal underway faster 2 years ago

    as soon as I am well I will be walking the dog every day and some days my walks will be longer than others and this will help kick start my become fitter goal.
    I need to be fit for fencing next April – 10 times fitter than what I am now.

    everyday should help me start to get fitter. On the days that I have a little more time I will go further in my walk and with some luck by the end of the month I will be jogging instead of walking and I am sure that will do me the world of good and get me fitter!!
