legal thing with ex-husband

and there is nothing in it except what I gave him

very interesting! also went to lawyer #2’s office to get my file. He’ll mail it to me.

he did not return my call and he is obviously avoiding me. Time to try to get my retainer back..as best I can.

called him yesterday 4/4/05 ..no return call.

I just want to start afresh..since I think I understand things better. I will move this goal over to the right side and start a new one..a better one!

and had a great exchange with a lawyer about my situation with ex. I really understand everything a lot better now (wish HE was my lawyer!) anyway..since he explained things well enough I feel better equipped to talk (again!) to the guy who is handling my case.

I wrote up part of my story onto a law board. Maybe I’ll get some advise through them.

I may change it back to “have my day in court”..but for now I rather like this one, since it shows off my tongue in cheek skills

New attorney needs time to think about it, per conversation today.
He’ll tell opposing lawyer that he is new and needs time to get up to speed. That sounds reasonable.

Inasmuchas I more than likely won’t get this thing into court..I may just have to change the title of my goal to:

“spend scads of money in a vain attempt to prove that ex husband owes me quite alot of money, and despite the fact he has probably already spent whatever money he has left from the sale of our house on his lap dancing girlfriend and has nothing to attach, ..despite all that ..carry on to the bitter end, paying attorneys and getting nothing in exchange for the effort..all in the name of principle”. but that’s a run-on sentence, isn’t it.
