I’ve started Jillian Michael’s Making the Cut program. I’m on Day 4 of 30 and so far I’ve been able to stick to it. The eating is easy, but the workouts are brutal. I have never been able to complete one of these programs before, but I am determined to do it this time.

i’m starting to think that to accomplish this i’m simpy going to have to stop eating. and that’s just not happening.
after I lost 15 lbs I bought a pair of size zero jeans from Old Navy that were loose on me then but I can’t even button them anymore. They were hot with heels.
