Yes this is a weightloss goal. Im starting to get back into the gym. I used to be a gym bunny. I think I hit the higher 120s back then. I have a gym membership to a very nice and a bit pricey gym. Also Im more active right now. My bike is my main mode of transportation. Hoping to get more into the performance scene and find Im wearing less and less. I do love it and I want to get more into shape for it as well.
So vanity… yes
But I also know staying active helps me mentally as well. I actually study while Im working out. People listen to upbeat music. I listen to french. I listen to some music as well but french or history classes(when I was in school) helps my time go by quicker. My mind is clearer and more focus when Im moving. Many of my ideas, thoughts come to me when Im riding my bike. 2 years ago
