Done…and my quads are sore after being in Powerflex yesterday. I stayed away (from that class) way too long~ 7 years ago
With Christmas vacation in full effect I’ll have surplus time. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday I’ll take Rose’s classes~ I love group exercise class, which are bith fun and motivational. I also plan to take a peek in on Tiger Chungs Martial Arts studio while on break. 7 years ago
