I set the treadmill really high and had quite sore legs.

I have just asked J if he would try doing this with me and he agreed (!) I don’t know whether it will do anything but at least we will be doing something.

J works from home and since leaving college I am in all the time too. We get very little exercise (except walking Oliver) and have pretty poor diets if I am honest about it.

He bought a really expensive giant gym type treadmill about five years ago that is currently in a spare room as we can’t move it and it never gets used. Which is ridiculous.

Ok, so am sticking to active.com but as crazy as it sounds I need to lose weight in order to take part in the program! So, am getting active and eating small meals.

So, no running just yet because it physically hurts too much! But am going to stick with this. 23 months ago

this sucked, and I couldn’t even finish my first one all the way and I am waaaay out of shape. BUT – today I woke up and my body feels great, better :) Saturday is my next day for the run/walk combo, but today I think I will go out for a walk with Brutus just to keep up the positive motion. 2 years ago

Have got to get my BMI down in order to get health insurance and, more importantly, to do my backcountry dream goals! I looooove my body, but need to do some work for a healthy life.
