Stomp grapes

a science fiction to me lol. Whereer would I possibly stomp grapes??? But I’ll keep it as it is nice to wish to do something even if it looks impossible in the near (and not so near) future.

Today! It actually surprised me at how much it took out of me. I still feel a little winded and it’s been about 6 hours! ;) Great experience, but I’m not sure if I’ll do it again. Worth doing once, for sure!

I’m stomping grapes this Sunday, unless Hurricane Fay decides to cancel the festivities…

What an experience this would be!

There’s a vineyard/winery up the road from me where I think I may be able to have this opportunity. I believe they have a festival (or they used to – I hope they still do!) where they offer this. How fun! I’ll definitely wear clothes that I’m not worried about getting stained! Then I’ll have a blast with this goal! :)

Edited to update: I found out they do still offer this and the next time is in 2 weeks! I’ve marked my calendar. I’m so excited!

Ever since I was a teenager. And still have a strong desire to do it. And of course I will wear a special dress, which will get all stained, but who cares. And there will be other girls/ women dancing in the grapes, and music… aaaaaa this is how I imagine it.
I know what the feeling is walking barefoot in a mud in the summer after a rain, when the mud is thick and warm. It is great.
......... and then of course – emergency pedicure LOL

I definately have the feet to do the job… in fact I could probably become a professional with these babies
