What is sugar? — 1 year ago
I want to avoid sugar as it were. But when I say “sugar” I am not, for example, referring to fruit. Also, let’s say my healthy cereal has some cane juice in it, or whatever, I also will not consider this eating of sugar in terms of this discipline. Or, what about the soy milk I use in order to avoid cow milk, yes it has some sugar.
So then, what am I avoiding? Things like cookies, cake, and candy. These items have an abundance of sugar, and this is what I’m avoiding. Moreover, even the things I eat that do have some sugar in them, I will do so with moderation.
I think this exercise will be great not only for the body, but the mind as well.
