I wish everyone would buy a reliable pedometer and make this their health goal this year. This is what I have done so far:
Encouraged coworkers to buy a pedometer and wear it all day,
I publicized my commitment to this goal through www.pledgebank.com/6000steps,
Committed to a gym three times/week.
