sit outside more often

Might take this one up again later, gonna try a seclusion period for several reasons for the equinox holiday (w/cat)

sat on the porch a long time, first trying to read but it was too hard to focus-then i played my guitar to the radio and meditated for a long time (for me it was a long time)-intuited vedic names of past life-relatives, people who were on the radio and also other journaling; lots of initiation related intuitions and ‘visions’-chakra levels different people are working on, i can tell by a person’s voice (unless this is all really screwy and everyone remembers all their past lives clearly except me). so got lots of fresh air, sitting outside
