My uncle was a boxer and trained me from my 10th to around my 12th year. It’s the most intensive workout that can be done. The heavy bag, speed bag, and skip rope are tough workouts.
I’ve heard that a person that can skip rope for five minutes straight is in the top five percent in the world in terms of fitness.

At first I wanted to do boxing professionally then I realize you get hit in the face and I am not messin up my pretty face for that. But I like the whole cardio aspect of it I really enjoy tae-bo even though I know its not really boxing but I like throwing punches and I think I would really get into workin it out in a class plus when the time came I could whoop somebodies ass.
