donate more blood

what would you give to earn yourself a chance to save a life? you may never get something like that elsewhere in a lifetime.

I know that I need to donate blood more often. The last 3 times I donated I passed out. I always feel sick afterwards also. So I need to find a way to donate without getting wiped out. Any suggestions?

haven’t done it since highschool. i remember being all disappointed i didn’t have a COOL blood type. but every time anyone suggests we go and donate i have a feminine problem. :P i once called them to ask about it, and this male nurse was all like “well, tell your FRIEND that SHE can come two weeks after HER cycle ends.”
