Well I have tried snowboarding, which I though would be a piece of cake since I learned skiing competently without lessons and within a couple of hours of practice, but when I tried to figure out how to use and ride a snowboard on my own I got kicked out of Ski Dubai! ( the indoor snow dome near my house , one of the biggest in the world ) Second time I was with my friend, who is obsessed with snowboarding, and bashed my tailbone on the expert slide he convinced me to go on so hard I had to get out before my time was even up! Oh well, been a couple of months now, I think I will give it another go this weekend if I can get my friend to go ( and the money ).
