One of my friends went wakeboarding this summer, and they said it was sick just riding on water. Oh yeah, I’ve never even DONE an alternative extreme watersport, like wakeboarding or wakeskating, so, could anyone who has answer this question: when out riding on the water, what body strength does it require? I’ve watched it on TV, and it looks like it mainly requires a lot of arm strength, but then I see the riders get air off the wakes, and it looks like a lot of leg strength, too. Does it require full-body energy?
