In 2006 I was at my biggest as a size 18, which considering my age at the time was incredibly unhealthy. As I became older at stretched to the height I am now (5’8) I have become a size 14 by not doing anything. I feel that if I want to do this goal then I have to start taking action and doing some proper exercise. I worked out that if I do it properly, I may have lost the weight by February 2010, which isn’t too bad. I just have to keep motivated!

How I did it: I did this unhealthily, i ate little and drank water and coffee infact i ate very little and went days without food, i rarely exercised and kept myself motavated by looking at myself in mirrors, eating little was hard but i kept myself busy by spending alot of time with friends and staying out of the house, occasionally i would reward myself with a milkshake. I would recommend doing this as i got below a size 10 however i wouldnt recommen… Read how I did it…
Emily so little time, so much to do!
How I did it: Exercising and eating well. Working out for 40 minutes a day at least three times a week, watching what I eat (definitely cutting out sugars and treats), and drinking more water and less soda. Read how I did it…

I always stay between a 14-16 depending on the brand of jeans and what not, even when i lose weight i can only manage a 12. 10 would be a dream.
BellaDonnaBrooke dieting for real this time!
I feel like a size 10 is a healthy size. It seems to be the national average. A size 10 woman usually weighs between 130 and 140, so I have some work to do! A size 10 wouldn’t seem too far off from a size 16, but the number of pounds says it all! Im kind of tempted to go out and buy a really pretty dress in a size 10. It might be my motivation to keep working my butt off until I fit into it. Itd be kind of like they do on those makeover shows and I could have a big reveal party and everything. Lol.
This year I’ve been trying to work my way down to a healthy body weight. So far I’ve lost somewhere between 10-15 lbs. (depending on the scale), and I went from a size 16 to a size 12. I honestly think I need to lose another 20-30 lbs. before I’ll be happy with my body, but I’m taking it slowly…size 10 is the next logical step.
I want to be a size 10 in jeans before i go on holiday.
Ive got a pair of jeans up stairs, which are a 10.
So as soon as they fit.
This goal is complete.
Im nearly 5”10,
so im not fat.
But i just want to tone up a bit.
Smirk175 one day at a time.
Size 16 in pants, 14 in skirts. (US Sizing)
5’9
Healthy BMI = 170 pounds
Right now I weigh 210.
I think at my height, weight distribution, etc… Loosing that 40 lbs would make me about a size ten… idk. My body has a funnky way of carrying weight.
But alas I put on a fair bit of weight and went up a size… I don’t mind though. I think I like myself better this way :)
irishparisienne hurts! but its ok cos its from exercise.. go me!
do you think that people who we percieve as skinny all the time, think like this? And that maybe people who see me and don’t know me that well think I’m always the same size, whereas one day I feel really fat and one day i feel fine?!
Its probably ALL in the mind!
irishparisienne hurts! but its ok cos its from exercise.. go me!

I’m a size 11/12 depending on the day! I just want to be constantly a 10. I’m obviously naturally a 12, because when I dont do anything I just naturally go back to it. Hmmm
