    Has anybody got any tips how to do this? i am 11 stone and my weight i have always had to watch but with working more and eating less i kept it down, But i have recently become a house wife so i am not as active naturally as i was before an i hav piled on a stone and a half in less than 6 months im not stupid i realise i eat more cuz im at home all day and im doin less other than housework and cooking the dinner thats the extent of my excercise!!! my husband bought me a wii fit but i just look at it every day and continue with my house chores i need help and a push from being lazy and piling on any more pounds!!!

    welllll, i have totaly iven up on not eating.it really wasnt working for me and just made me a moody cow. so now i am eating healthy and c how that goes. meh am a bit rubish at stickin to things. but it should all be fine.

    hey,
    well the laste couple of days has been ruvbbish i have just piged out all the time. so 2day and all next week i am going to drink a liter of juice and a bowl of soup. i know its still olot of caloies but i need to start somewhere. i have done well 2day and stuck to it. i find chewing gum helps cos it gives your mouth something to chew on but there are hardly any calories. aparently sugar free jelly is really low in calories so i might look into that but i really want to stick to this thing this week. i think after the first couple of days it will be ok. i have so much work to do as well that might keep my mind off eating bad food aswell. it me and my bfs aniversary on the 21st on nov so i want to be looking abit thinner and hotter by then. i just need to be like, you dont need that food your not hungry. i think some times i just eat out of habit which is soo stupid. i didnt doasmuch exercise as i wanted to but this week i am going to try and do 10 mins everymorning and 2 40min workouts and 1 hour work out. phh i know i should do more, i suppose i will c how it goes.

    well i did really well on monday and tuesday i did my exercise and i ate under 400 calories but then 2day i had a meal which was about 400 calories then 2 jacket potatoes with cheese and ham and 2 breakfast bars. and its only like 5 oclock. i still havent done my exercise but i will do that once i have done my uni work. am a bit annoyed with my self for being so weak. but the next 2days will be perfect. i will make sure of that. how am i ment to get a perfect body if i go eating what i want all the time. i should start eating in front of a mirror then i would control my self. mehh and its so cold in my house. which is good cos it burns calories but its not fun to be cold all the time. rite gonna do well this week

    i have been really really bad this weekend. am so annoyed with my self.
    next week i am gonna have 3 breakfast bars a day. that should give me about 360 calories.i can just tell that im getting fatter and not losing any weight. i ate so much food 2day was discusted with my self, tried to trow it up but all that came up was water. i recon i need to just keep going. but i was a bit wierded out as i have never done that b4. but i will do this thisweek. its only 5 days i can so do this. oh i am also doing exercisw everyday either cardio or exercises like squats and stuff. phh whish i had someone to do this with. k xx

    well its going ok so far. i changed the sandwich to a breakfast bar and some fruit and nut. i find it hard to stop snaking. ithink i just need to make sure i have what i planned and nothing else. it just gets hard on a night because i get bored doing uni work. lol i suppose i should just find things to do to keep me from eating im not even hungry its just eating cos im bored. which is stupid. the exercise isnt going too well. i did some yesterday but i didnt do much last week. i wanted to start swimming again, i may need to buy a new swimming costume because i can’t seem to find mine. oh well thats all for now. i dont even know if anyone is reading this stuff. its probably better this way. k xx

    hello again.
    i dont know if any want want to go on a diet with me. but this is what i am doing starting 2day;
    hvaing a muller rice for breakfast then a ham and mustard sandwich for lunch then just a normal meal at night but try to have small portiens (sorry i cant spell very well). gonna try not to snack. and i am doing areobics every other day. havent done it 2day so will have to do it 2morrow.
