Go a whole day without swearing

i failed. i called my foundation a wanker. :\

Going on a diet so may aswell stop swearing :)

Swearing has become a very bad habit of mine over the years. I have to consciously listen to myself to realize how much I do it. Of course, “consciously listening to yourself” is a good thing, right? Instead of vomitting out mass quantities of unfiltered blabber. Anyway this is going to be my goal to not swear everyday for a month. “They” say that if you do something for 30 days it becomes habit. So I just need to replace the swearing habit with the “use your brain to come up with a better adjective” habit.

Although I really didn’t say much of anything today I can honestly say that I said no swear words. (I am watching the South Park movie so I’m getting my share of swear words through that!)

Hanging out with all those sinners and “professional liars” does not help-that’s for sure! ; )

Just when I start thinking to myself, “Yes! I almost made it a whole day!” Out flies the f word or some such and I just shake my head and wonder why a smart girl like me feels the need to use such words…

It’s so fucking hard.
